Hotel de Ville, Calais

Uploaded: June 13, 2005

Description

This magnificent old hospital in Calais, France, is lit at night by sodium floodlights. There's that much haze (pollution?) in the air that the sky is lit as well.

Scanner took one look at this and had a fit, emphasising the colour cast.

For me this could as well be owned by Cruella de Ville...

Canon 28-80mm lens at 28mm end. No filters, tripod about 30secs at f8
