Hi Ron! Hi Monnie!

We have had blizzard conditions the last two days but now it is "still" outside and the snow drift is really high in some parts of the yard. Up to 3 feet high...

We really only got several inches of snow but the high winds blow the dry snow around and it collects!

IT'S COLD...OH SO COLD!!! -25c WITHOUT the chill factor. If the wind picks up we are in big trouble!

Glad you folks stopped in. So you like my little fairy?

Thanks a bunch! :D

Without the windchill factor??????? Ouch! We have had really strong wind gusts the last 2 days here around 75-100 km an hour but no snow... it is really about 3C here but with the windchill about -7 so I am definitely staying here lol. Great fairy. #8196591

Hi Island Girl!!!

Well one thing I can say about Calgary is that even in the winter time we sure do get a lot of sunshine. It truly makes up for the gloom of the harsh weather that passes through!

YOU STAY BUNDLED UP okay? Thank you for the visit! :D

Laura, to look at your lovely stained-glass fairy, there's no hint of the SUPER-chill factor you're experiencing!! Ugh! Guess we inhabitants of Southern California can't complain if some rain is supposed to arrive later today (Monday).
The colors in this image are so pretty. Nice pov and framing, too.
Now let's trot over to the flashlight edition... #8197187

Last to first:

Tammy...I wish I could say I had! That would be really rewarding work! :D

*Clap, clap, clap*!

Candice Thanks!!! I do believe Rolan is serious. He is very musical and could pull it off! As for the image, this window is way up high at the top of a beamed ceiling in my kitchen. My zoom lens isn't that great so I was impressed that it was this clear.

*

Brother Rolan, if you are still attached here and are serious about writing a song to go with some poetry, let me know because we could write one heck of a song! It would be an honor.

*

Thanks Steve. It's cropped from the original version. I thought a semi tight view would be best!

*

Thank you Michelle!!! And as for the cold, it was -29c when I wandered off to bed last night! It's obscene how cold it gets here. ArCtIc!

*

Thanks Barbara!!! :D Can you believe she is a candle holder? There is a spot for a tea light behind her legs!

*

Mary You are so sweet! I hope you enjoyed the trot over! You know...amazingly we get blue skies here in my city more than most all others area of this whole country! I heard that not long ago on a news report. I believe it, too. Tons of sunshine here even when it's horribly cold! It really makes up for a lot!

Okay folks - Thank you so much again for coming to see this one and the series.

I also hope you stayed attached, else I have been sitting here talking to myself!

HAHAHA!

Night night all!

-Laura
