World renowned, the late Bernards Leach's pottery studio and museum at St Ives, Cornwall.
It is still an active pottery with graduate students working there. Shot with in-camera flash 1/10sec; f5.6, ISO 800, 20mm fl PS Unsharp mask sharpened.

The intention in making this image was to show some the primative equipment that a famous potter used to create ceramic art in the early and mid last century. The high ISO was to give the image a gritty, grainy look,in keeping with the dusty, musty, rusty old workshop. You have to love the aerosol of air freshener on the shelf! #1206653
