Howard, it is funny you should mention 'Puttin On The Ritz'.. I wrote a story, called it the same title, submitted it to Our Canada Mag. a few years back.. they held it for one year, kept the 12 images, then unfortunately, could not use it at that time.. I should really try again!

Our chocolate is named Chip. We also have Jaco (black), Phoebe (yellow), and Cheech (black lab-pit mix). Them and the 3 cats and 3 fish all make great subjects. You've made a beautifully composed portrait here, Christine. Many different captions could be applied to that look. #8138859

Hi Jennifer.. thanks so much for your wonderful comments. Ritz was our second 'foster puppy' we raised.. we miss her so much, but we know she is having a good life- she enjoys 'WORKING' and being by her companion's side all day long!
Once Tracy told me that she took Ritz with her to a New York Yankee's Baseball game, and thought Ritz would of been the only canine there.. thinking Ritz would be relaxed, BUT...they were seated by another guide dog.. and everytime the crowd would cheer, all you could hear (if you were sitting besides the two dogs) were HOWLINGS so so LOUD.. they were joining in with the screaming crowds.. ha!

HEY, You are so so fortunate to have THREE LABS..and three cats and FISH! Do you live on a farm... WOW!
WE would LOVE to have three or more pets, just can't afford too..
that is one reason we raise Foster Labs... the organization helps pay for the food/and vet bills the year we have the dog. We only have one at a time though.. and for only the first year of their lives.. can't wait to next year... we do it every other year.. so we can mourn for one year inbetween...
