Description

~re-enterred Monthyly theme~
I took the photo of Cindy last year. For the image I changed the background and hand drew in parts of the pipe and glasses then used the Photoshop Marquee tools for the lenses. I used Liquify to pout Cindy's lip holding the Pipe and borrowed the cap from another photo. To finish I used lighting effects from Painter and a Topaz filter.
