Thank you for your kinds words and for your friendship, I don’t know that deserve a tribute as remarkably beautiful as this image is…The blues and purples of this scene give this such a tranquil soothing feel, while the darkened clouds that mask the setting sun add an almost ominous tension or quality to the sky. The line of the silhouetted pier in opposition to the direction of in-coming surf as it rushes in-land, the wet glistening shoreline reflecting the soft lavender color of the sky above. It is exceptionally captured photos such as this that leave me California Dreamin’ and longing to be home again… this post so very much appreciated, Donna! #8134265
