Reflections on a Pond Version 4.

Uploaded: October 11, 2009

Description

Because it was both windy and there was a large tonal range, I decided to try something fun with a HDRI shot. Normally you can't do HDRI with the wind blowing, but I tried this as an experiment.
I sprayed the blowing stalks in front of me with H2O.
I then shut my aperture down to f/22 so I could be the star burst effect, ensure a greater depth of field and with the varying camera speed it would ensure some whispy motion from the grasses in the front and it wold also allow for the spectral highlights from the water droplets to shimmer in the wind.
