Excellent shot!! Robert, can you tell me about the hole (under his eye?) Wondering if they all have one similar?

Thank you for your comments Christine. The hole under his eye is called a pre-orbital gland. When he rubs his antlers on a tree he is also rubbing his face and that gland leaving his scent on the tree for identification to other elk. (His calling card). #8027624
