Sea Oats in Early Morning Sun

Uploaded: September 22, 2009 05:30:15

Description

Sea oats adorn the sand dunes overlooking the beach all along the outer banks of North Carolina. Along with beach grasses the sea oats help hold the dunes in place and protect the beach houses behind them from stormy seas. (Taken with a Canon EF28-135mm IS lens on tripod with polarizerl in the early morning. Processed in Photoshop CS3.)
