It's tough to get over, isn't it? It's been almost 4 months since I lost my cat Boo, and I still cry almost every day. I'm so sorry for your loss. #7970961

Thank you Carolyn for dropping in.

Yes it is touch to get over them, your loss mush be so great with Boo, little things set off the cring yes.

Teena died un-necessarily from the hands of a vet who did not know what to do.

The tragic part was that she died of the vets neglect. She only had a couple of wounds to the legs that weren't worth stitching.

The vet had to look up in a book to find where the Jugular vein was to give a needle for shock.... which came too late.

The dog died of Hypothermia after three hours of being poked and prodded trying to get a canula in to administer fluids.

Teena was 3,000 kilometres away and not in my care at the time. I would never have let this happen.

Pat, I just read what happened and I am in shock. I didn't know the details.

My heart of full of things I'd like to say about the vet but I am sure they are the same things in your heart, too. I AM COMPLETELY APPALLED!

I'm glad you are in an environment where you can try to rest and get help for this tragedy.

BP is filled with loving caring people and I am glad, also, that you have us to vent to and turn to.

You have my e-mail address. I am always here Big Sis. ALWAYS.

Love and care, Laura #7974356

I just don't know what to say. I know what it's like to get a neglectful vet, while on holidays locally, Kody got a Tick, off me I think, we took her to the vet & they said, wait until she shows signs of paralysis & then we'll treat her. We rushed her to our vet where she stayed overnight on a anti-venom drip. Hang in there, & keep smiling=^..^= #7978559

I'm so sorry for your loss of your loved on. I think it's probably the hardest thing to have to go. I lost my female cairn terrier with so called the best care and got the worst care. My trust went out the door after that. I have now two Jack Russells & a Cairn terrier. You have beautiful images of your loved one. Ilove this image! Please take care Pat & Graham. #7982275
