Santa Monica Freeway heading east
Description: Nikon 17-35 at 17; ISO 200; S 30 sec; f/16, tripod.
I am personally very fond of this photograph though I know that by conventional standards it is very busy. One reason I like it is that it really does show the only way you can see the freeways, which is through fences or wish mesh because of fears of people throwing stuff down on cars. I also like the amount of life and activity I caught in this, like the plane streak and so forth. But I am eager for Jim and anyone else's frank assessment.
