Crest at Night 2
Description: Nikon 17-35 at 35; ISO 100; f/22; S 5.0; tripod.
This was taken at night, not twilight as such. It's the Crest Theatre on Westwood Boulevard below Wilshire.
One detail I rather like is the slight blue streak of a passing automobile.
