Freddy with 9 Telephoto 105mm (157mm equiv.)
Description: This picture was taken outdoors in the late afternoon. I decided that I wanted to get the viewers attention on the weapon, and have the shooter slightly out of focus, so I moved in close to the weapon allowing it to dominate the picture. I then set the camera to a medium aperture to give the desired DOF. This in turn gave a shutter speed fast enough to allow me to hand hold the camera, without using a tripod.
