Looks great in the thumbnail Chris... but not sure about the loss and noise when opened... perhaps due to a substantial crop? A fabulous idea though! #7781039Christine Lobsinger July 25, 2009
Thanks CD... I'm calling you tonight!!Teresa H. Hunt July 25, 2009
Christine, I agree with Christine D. The photo looks great on the thumbnail, but when opened it doesn't look quite right. I couldn't figure out if it was blurry or over sharpened. I think if you can fix that it would be a fablous shot. :) #7781534Christine Lobsinger July 25, 2009
Wondering Teresa, if I can try to fix it and upload it here because I just entered it into E of D late last night for yesterday's contest?Teresa H. Hunt July 25, 2009
You can fix it and upload it to this thread pretty easy. I think once you get it fixed you should re-submit it for sure. I love the composition, and the texture is awsome. I think it just needs some tweaking. :) #7782017Christine Lobsinger July 25, 2009
Hi Teresa,I made another picture and I feel it is the same as this one.. I'm going to wait for a while to see what BP thinks.
Elephant skin (I got to touch one)...
is like rough leather and it seems to be very tough but it is actually very sensitive... they can feel a fly on their back... and will pick up sand and throw it over their backs to get the fly off...neat eh?
Thank you for your very kind words!
