Description

The Blue Mustang in this image is a very controversial sculpture at the Denver Airport; many refer to it as the Blue Devil. The sculptor was killed just before its completion when a section of the horse fell on him. I wanted to create the electricity and discomfort surrounding the art. I didn't have the sky I wanted in my files, so I created a gradient (first try) over clouds, added the lightning and an airplane, as it would be seen in the distance. I'm hoping to photograph just the right sky someday to combine with the other images! Any suggestions for improving this composite would be appreciated!
