Thanks Dale and Michael I love back lit shot also, my hawk and butterfly got pass over but my ladybug got her stamp of approval I am hoping this one will also. I was able to get this shot just about 25 minutes before the light was gone for the evening. I made sure the sun was behind on this one, the daisy had in front. #7732052

Lovely, Rita. I rarely am lucky enough to get good backlighting. The background has a wonderfully soft, yet distinguishable quality that I really like. Yes, I'd say it's ready "as is"! #7732444

great job with the back lighting..the flower looks like its floating...the colors are beautiful and vibrant...the only thing I see in improvement is the noise..I'd do a pass with noise reduction #7734646

the colors came out really nicely on this image. purple and organge make for a great combination. I think it would have benefited from having a reflector in the front - it's get a bit dark in the center of the flower.

you've probably submitted it already (good luck!), but for what it's worth, I would have entered it in the flower category. #7735759
