Thank you Ian, Kate and Wren for your kind comments on this image. It probably would not have made it in to the competition without some encouragement from Carolyn, as it seemed to take her eye. She also liked the composition, and I guess that is what this image is all about.

Thank you Len, this was taken when the weather was warmer and I was almost looking due east, of course now with our winter almost on us the sun is rising more to the north from this position. I liked the frame that I was able to introduce with this setting.
