Waikoloa Hawaii - The morning sun rises above the mountain on the Big Island and brings the Palm Trees to life at the waters edge.
Canon 28-135 at 28mm. ISO 100, 1/30th @ f13, EC 0 (N&L) As a side note - I hiked across the rugged surface of the lava field (which looks a lot like the surface of the moon, only black in color) to the edge of the Pacific Ocean and set up a tripod before sunrise to get the image.

Hi I'm back!! Sorry about not commenting in so long but I had a visiting BPer. I'm not going to comment on ALL the missed photos because there is to much outstanding work in the bunch. I look forward to keeping up a little better now that the grand tour is done. Thanks for stopping by my gallery while the touring was still going on.
