During Camping.
It didn't take Long For Him To
Memorize His Name
And My Voice.
He Answered to Anything, really!
IT IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL
TO FEED THEM INSIDE OF
The Banff Park Limits
BUT OUTSIDE IN THE CAMPGROUNDS
They depend on Campers
for their peanuts.

I have several shots of this guy and a few of his buddied, too! They were so fun to feed and take pictures of!
Carol, I am pretty sure they were prairie dogs. Their underground tunneling system is so huge at the campground that I'm surprised all the campers and RV's don't cave in! HA!

Yes. We bring peanuts for them. It's so cute...It's not long before the birds show up too and it can becomes a regular zoo. Something like the ZOO I have created here at home as well. He has squirrels and birds and Jack Rabbits etc that come here daily! :) Always lots of fun!
