#1 Challenge. Faster shutter speed.

Description

This was a challenge. It took a long while for me to figure out how to change the shutter speeds AND keep the exposure within acceptable limits. By the time I'd figured it out, it had started to rain, which was my reward because I found this picutre. Although I like them both, I like this one better. It makes me know I'm in the rain.

Exif: F Number: 3.5, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 10/600 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 200, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 22.30 mm, Model: E8700
