Quite beautiful. Excellent compositon. Visually, I started in the center and slowly moved outward. The vignette effect works well as well as the arching trees. Technically well done. #1247366

Thanks to all of you for your kind remarks. I have to admit that this was a picture I almost didn't take because it was so much work changing lenses on a precarious slope. And when I took it I didn't think it would be any better than the others I had already taken. It wan't until I put it on the computer screen that it really popped out. Thanks again! #1285481

This a is a great capture, though it doesn't even look real, especially the way the water is displayed, how did you get that picture? It's awesome,

Jessi,
Yes I enhanced this photo by adjusting the levels settings in Photoshop. I did some cloning to take out some unwanted bush limbs. This is the result. I have had a 20 x 30 inch blow up of this photo and it is really stunning in a beautiful frame on my living room wall.
Thanks for your interest. AIV #1959289

BREATHTAKING!
I don't use that word lightly! This image is so beautiful that I literally hold my breath so that I can prolong the experience. What a blessig! I want it on my livingroom wall!
It looks so private; I can hear the water & feel the wetness on my skin.
Good photoshop work, too!)Thank you for sharing, Alton!

Alton,
I love the West and I love outdoors so I love your gallery shots. This one another so well done, the bush creating a frame, very nice. Rich colors but not over done, in my opinion.

This picture is highly surreal. I feel as if there should be an angel floating down just in front of the waterfall, well done! :) #3558192
