An EOD with effects
Description: I recently submitted the original (you can see it from http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/big.asp?photoID=8154803&catID=&style=&rowNumber=367&memberID=244931 ). To get this result, I used the polar coords effect in Gimp, cropped it a bit & adjusted the overall image balance.
