APRIL 2009 FINALIST
Rule of thumb: Don't shoot at high noon!
Think it worked with this one..don't you? lol:)
Windsor, CA is one of the most charming little towns I've seen. Their entire commerce area has had a 'facelift' and everything looks like this...sort of a gingerbread town, so to speak!
I just LOVE this place, which is also the home of one of our favorite BP'ers!
