Thanks, Linda! The background is just colors that I selected and added the stained glass filter (in Photoshop 6) to it. The hard part was shooting my dog holding her mouth open and then removing my hand with the clone tool in Photoshop.

I just recently acquired photo shop elements. Got a beautiful sunrise out my window at work, unfortunately, we are on corner with lots of telephone poles and lines and the stop lights. Messed around with the clone tool and managed to take out almost everything. I didn't want I wanted to upload before and after to get someone's opinion, but picture is too large. I'm just getting into PS, so can I change image size in PS? #1246534
