Yes I did but I fully understand your response Meghan. What I was attempting to do was create an oil painting effect.
You could call this "Photoshop" gone a tad over the top!
I am always happy to get a critique especially when it asks a question rather than just suggesting that I need new glasses.lol

Yeha I love critique too. I understand that sometimes photos I am critiquing, the photographers method was intentional even if I don't like it. So I try to be friendly and find out their intentions and also give suggestions. :)
I have that oil painting effect in my photo editing program. Sometimes it makes photos look pretty. I don't use it too often though. #7635010
