Although these are not my loaves, I make bread quite often. I love to feel the dough when I knead it...and know that bread made the traditional way has sustained millions of people for thousands of years and continues to do so. f:16, 1-90/sec, EV +.05, ISO 100, tripod

I originally had a bottle of Greek olive oil in the background but felt that the bottle dated the image and compromised the timeless quality that I was trying to achieve..I ended up removing it.
