The Fairport Harbor Breakwater light is one of the most interesting on Lake Erie and one of my personal favorites. I have shot from his perspective numerous times but never with the kind of wave action you have here. What a great image! Well composed with excellent color and dof. Very nicely done. Thanx for the kind words. I live 5 minutes from this lighthouse. I have been there numerous times and shot all seasons. Check out my site... folder/ lighthouse. #7137990

Beautifully done Mark. I've looked at the lighthouse section of your gallery lots of nice shots! May I suggest a twilight shoot when the beacon is on and the sky is not yet totally black. Especially good during windless conditions when the water reflects like a mirror. My favorite lighthouse Hillsboro Inlet Light, Pompano Beach, FL. usually turns on too late. I have to get this look pre-dawn but its worth getting up early for. #7287119

Thank you for the kind words. As far as the beacon.... I have not seen it on in a long time. Shame, great suggestion. Thanx #7291060
