Fantastic architectural shot Jodi! Great composition....I just can never figure out how to frame these things! I feel like I'm shooting up to the sky when I look at this! Great Job! :~) Only idea may be to tone down the sky a tad because it might be competeing with the building. (darken it maybe) #7107666

Were you lying on the ground? Nice point of view! Esther #7107696

thank you ladies. i've had this shot for a while (since May) and just wasn't happy with it. I tried topaz to jazz it up a bit.

aimee, i'm horrible at these shots but I just couldn't stop taking pictures when I was there. it's such a beautiful building.

nope, esther, I wasn't laying down. it's just that huge of a building. if you ever get a chance to visit, it's definitely worth seeing. #7107764

Jodi, I tried a shot like this, with a much shorter building and it was a dismal failure!!!! LOL. You really did a fabulous job on this one! #7110146

Wow, Jodi, this is beautiful. The colors are fantastic and the treatment was perfect.

If ever there were a picture that could use a new sky, this is it. This kind of shot is so easy to do and almost any sky, cloudy, stormy, etc. would improve this shot 10 fold.

Give it a try and then enter it in the contest. A winner for sure. #7111456

i knew it. I was just waiting for one of you to make more work for me :-) lol. I was hoping I could get away without switching the sky but you caught me.

thank you jeanine and joan and dale. now I have to go back through my skies and find something to jazz this up :-) #7111906
