Uncorked

Description

Dedicated to John Caruso, one of my favorite photographers and someone who makes me look for light, simple things and how to constantly try to be better.

I was wandering through our butler pantry and noticed how beautiful the afternoon light was streaming in that day. So, I toppled over my collection of corks and went to town with my macro lens. All natural light, cropped, adj contrast, sat and did some burn in the upper left corner as well as edges...

Exif: F Number: 2.8, Exposure Bias Value: -0.67, ExposureTime: 1/100 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 100.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D
