One Can See For Miles

Uploaded: January 13, 2009

Description

From this vantage point I can see for miles.
At times I would sink down to my knees as the snow was soft. I just kept praying that I would be able to pull myself up, which I did. :) (I know I can, I know I can, lol)
Enjoy your day.

Were you hiking Roxanne? Beautiful and I love the POV and that gorgeous blue sky.
Many times when I am in the high country or skiing the snow is so much powdery that it like a fluffy pillow. #1067127

Roxanne- Well dear girl, its so good to see you got the shoes out and aren't going to let a few snow flakes and temperatures that have a slight nip in the air stop you from enjoying. LOL.
I really think that if I was back where there is snow this is something that I would have to try. I think I would enjoy it to.
I love the adventure and spirit you have and the bonus is you get and we get to see some of the wonderful pictures like this one of nature and it gives us a perspective of the amount of snow. That rich blue sky is awesome and a wonderful contrast to the snow. Excellent composition and love the tracks in the snow.
Marvelous work my friend. Enjoy that snow and please be safe. #7028597
