I thought this guys's face was fascinating. He looks like he's fresh from a fairy tale. And is it just me or does he have 3 hands?

That's kinda scary...was this shot near some nuclear plant? I hope it's his foot. He does have a wonderful face and you captured in beautifully. #221400
