I was at the arboretum this morning just after sunrise. It was cold (8 degrees F) but worth it with the spectacular skies that didn't last long.

Kudos to you for being willing to go out that day...I was not so brave!
I've only been to the Arboretum once and it was raining, so didn't get to appreciate it's beauty like you have been. This is an amazing shot! I love that there is still a taste of the fall colors in the b/g trees along with the crispness of the winter chill....the shadows are most excellent, and the sky is to die for!
