Hint of Red Bud
Description: Based on Red Buds
(http://www.betterphoto.com/forms/discussionDetail.asp?threadID=218687).
Used several filters to get a watercolor effect--USM, buZZ, Accented Edges, Despeckle. Then I painted back some of the color (20 percent) through the Hue/Saturation layer that I used to desaturate it.
