Original image with diffuse glow filter and background "rearranged" with the liquidfy filter in PS. Opinions please?

My opinion is.....it's gorgeous!!!! Wonderful effects!!!!Is it PS 7? Where would I find the liquidfy filter???

My opinion? It's great......one question did you just select the background with the wand to liquify just the background? Awesome! #1128026

Bobbie, I didn't make a selection of the background, I just used the brush tool in the filter to swirl the background area, avoiding getting into the flower colors.
