Cathy, I use PSE2, and it's easy! In the tools palette there is a custom shapes tool. On mine, it shows this speech bubble shape as the default. When you click on it, look at your top toolbar, it will show you all the shapes available to use in a drop down menu. It works just like any of the other selection tools, where you use the left mouse button to draw in the size you want. It will appear in your picture as the foreground color shown on the bottom of the tools palette. I used white. The speech bubble is now a layer of it's own. I reduced the opacity of this "speech bubble layer" until I found something where the background showed through, but the shape was still visible. Now all you have to do is add text! I hope this helps. It's much easier to do than explain. Let me know if you have any questions! #1126094
