Description

Canon 20D with Canon 100-400mm IS USM lens. ISO:200 Aperture:5.6 Shutter speed:1/60 Lens Focal Length at time of shot:400mm Original shot was RAW and downsized for submission to jpg.
I live in the foothills above Los Angeles and a family of Coyotes (after several years)have gotten used to me and my cameras. In the picture the dominant male in the background is standing watch while his mate relaxes. I was impressed by how calm the female was when in the company of her mate.
