#2 - Pan, movement
Description: I liked this shot. 1/60s seemed to work well, here the wheels of the scooter are moving but by panning I can keep the rider and bike sharp. Background and the taxi give the sense of motion and the rider without a helmet , although dumb, gives a face to the image and draws the eye.
