This is a wonderful photograph. I was just searching for that plug in last night but couldn't find a demo. Would you share? This works so well with the composition of the fish and the colors are so brilliant.

Thanks Elizabeth, I started with the fractilius filter on a layer,

I brought back some detail with a layer mask and then used a hue/saturation adjustment layer. Finally, I hit it with the Brilliance/Warmth filter from Nik Color Effects Pro found here:
