Ok,
Here is the Before shot. I used the Render clouds filter to do background and the lighting effects filter to add the lighting. As you can see the original photos was shot from a kyack during the middle of the day and was basically boring. But I love it now. #6450586

HI Tammy,
I use photoshop. Try the filter Render/Clouds and be sure to set your colors before you run the filter. Then add a mask to eliminate the clouds from some areas and adjust the opacity. Hope that helps #7811117
