Outstanding image. The photo has the timeless quality that has made Ansel Adam's works renowned. The tree reaching up into the sky and the use of rule of thirds in setting the tree at the lower third of the composition works. I believe centering the tree, though not a normal part of the rule of thirds, work here. Did you move up to the tree line and taking close-ups of the tree? #40635
