This is a particularly special photo for me. It is my Christmas tree. Under the tree there is a ceramic Santa that my mom made before she died along with a gingerbread house that my daughter made this year. The swan in the background under the candle was made by my mother-in-law. Hanging on the tree above the gingerbread house is a snowman ornament that I made several years ago. This photo is a celebration of the artistic abilities of three generations of women in my family. My mother (and father) gave me my first "good" camera on her last Christmas with us. I have always felt that it was her way of passing the creative torch to me. #1044615
