Except for keeping the black and white conversion, I redid just about everything on this one--from the crop to working on the tones to applying a bit of find edges.
Submitted originally in the fall of 2007, I have also tried this revised version in Elements of Design in March, the May Cash Contest, and now in Travel and Place in July.

Your crop is perfect, Nikki...great leading lines and tones. I would say try one category and if that doesn't seem to do the trick...try again! Sometimes I have just changed the category the next month and that was all it took to get noticed.
