I like the basketball image. In my opinion it shows movement. I believe your shutter speed is not in sync with your flash. This usually causes blurry pictures. #1257

Thanks Joe for the comments. But they weren't moving :(

you can still get blurry pictures of stationary items if the flash and the shutter speed aren't in synch. #736636
