Perfection in Steel

Uploaded: July 06, 2008 12:13:46

Description

Taken from under the Eiffel Tower. I wanted to capture the pattern of the steel from a unique angle. My goal was to keep the entire frame in focus. I converted to black and white because I felt this image lent itself to this type of conversion. Converting to black and white has always been my weak point so I hope I did this icon justice. Shot in RAW.

Exif: F Number: 8, Exposure Bias Value: -0.30, ExposureTime: 1/30 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 35.00 mm, Model: DSLR-A100

Hi Lisa,
This is really cool. It is perfect for this weeks challenge so many lines very complex. I think you did a great job with the black and white. It almost makes you dizzy even if your looking up!!! I like it. Lisa #984318
