Good To Go Image
Description: This photo was taken at the San Xavier Mission near Tucson. It is located on the San Xavier Indian Reservation and was built in the mid 1700's. I had attempted to photograph the inside of this church before, but was unsuccessful and ended up very frustrated. I am very proud and excited about this image because I really feel that it demonstrates what I am learning in this course. I was attempting to show all the aritstry and beauty of the altar while maintaining the muted colors of the place. This was taken in manual mode, the first time I have really used it.
Manual mode, indoors, only light through the church doors from the rear, f 4.5, 1/30 shutter speed, ISO 1600, no flash, no tripod.
