Foaming at the Mouth

Uploaded: May 19, 2008

Description

This capture was taken of Dave Samset just before the completion of a 93 point ride (and that was not the high ride of the day). There was so much going on in this capture that I liked from the four hooves up and one on the back turned in so you know the bull is going from side to side as well as up and down, the intensity of the bull rider, the foam and saliva in the mouth of the bull, the expression on the gatekeeper in front of the bull, catchlight in bulls eye and even a photographer filming. Taken with 5 D at 200 mm, F/5 and 1/500 sec

Exif: F Number: 5, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/500 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 200, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 200.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D

Hi Guys, (Patrick, Stan and John) I have been so busy in the medical office I have had little time for anything but usually summer slows down so hope to be more active then, please forgive. I did have some problems John and almost got hooked by a bull that after going back into the back shutes after the ride came back out and since I though he was secured had my back and did not know he was about to get me. My astute wife saved that day. Near the end of the second day when jumping off the fence I tore ligaments in my right calf. Still sore. During the Thunderbirds show I got sunburned and almost had a heat stroke as it was 7 hours on the tarmac at 120 degrees (record) that day. What we will do for a shot. Recovering nicely. #5958475
