Nice pose, eye contact and composition. however, I think the lighting ratio is a little harsh for this portrait. The highlight side of the nose is either blown out or close to being blown out and the shadow side gets very dark. This creates a vertical line down the center of the nose. I think a less contrasty ratio of 2 to 1 would produce more pleasing lighting for such a cute young girl.
