Turle Alt
Description: Hey Kathleen, I merged the layers as you suggested and I messed with the highlight/shadows. In the end after a ton of tinkering, I left it at 67% highlight and 23% shadow. The shell was still hot and blown out but more details were visible. I also opted to do a further crop eliminating some of that hot spot. This way your eyes are more drawn to the head and interesting skin on the foot. Btw, No clue if it is a turtle or a tortoise. Always imagined that tortoises were big guys. The lil guy was only about 8 inches long. He was crossing my driveway and I am glad I saw him or else we might have been forced to make some turtle soup. Ha ha.
