Description

10/23/04, 6:55 p.m., f/4.5, 4 sec., ISO 100, tripod. Used circular polarizer and 4X ND-6 filters since it wasn't quite dark enough at the time for the long exposure and I wanted to capture the movement of the ferris wheel. Tilted the camera on the tripod for fun:-)

This was such a small fair with such a HUGE ferris wheel shoved in between local buildings and houses. It was hard to find a good vantage point, but I loved the colored lights on it and it's size was so amazing, I just had to grab a shot:-) #897705
