Thanks for the great shot/journalism here!! It refreshed my memory of the first time I really saw Wash.DC. Being a cold day, one of the first things I saw was a homeless man sitting on a piece of cardboard over some kind of exhaust heat on the ground; steam coming up and around him. Very poignant.
